Step 5: Look at Camera for Capture Image: Follow the on-screen prompts to look at the camera for image capture. This additional security measure ensures the accuracy of your new card.
Step 6: Update Your Profile: Provide any required information to update your profile. This may include personal details and contact information. Keeping your profile updated is essential for a seamless replacement.
Step 7: Enter OTP and Email Address: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Additionally, input your email address for communication purposes regarding the replacement process.
Step 8: Collect Your Genting Reward Card: After completing all the steps, the kiosk will process your request. Head to the designated card collection area to retrieve your new Genting Reward Card.
