How to Fill eHAC via PeduliLindungi App?

1.Download PeduliLindungi app via Google Playstore or the Appstore.

2.Enable the “Location” services feature

3.Regiration email or mobile number

4. Select EHAC icon

8. Fill in Full Name , Email address, Passport number. Passport issuing country and Date of Birth

9.Fill up Transportation, Port departure, Port Artival , Ship number, Depature date and arrival date 10. Under quarantine location : Select Travel bubble

11. Declare Type of vaccination

12. Upload PCR documents within 3 days departure

13. Test Date

14. Upload Vaccination cetificate

15. EHAC QR code will be generate and will be scan by airport or terminal staff

Bintan Resorts – Singapore Travel Bubble will be launching on 25th February 2022. This is open for travel only via Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts. The Travel Bubble comes with certain terms and conditions. These are as follows:

Efective on May 18 Domestic and international travellers who are fully vaccinated no longer need to take PCR (polymerase chain reaction) or antigen swab tests.

ENTRY TO BINTAN RESORTS

1. Singapore and Indonesia citizens who have stayed a minimum 14 days in Singapore are eligible for the Travel Bubble Visa free.
2. Singapore Permanent Residents (PR), and other International Travellers who have stayed a minimum 14 days in Singapore are eligible for the Travel Bubble but must acquire an online relevant entry visa (https://visa-online.imigrasi.go.id/index.xhtml).
3. All travellers must be fully vaccinated and have a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate at least 14 days before the departure date.
4. Take a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test within 3 days (72 hours) before departure.
5. Proof of Hotel Booking Confirmation.
6. Purchase Travel Insurance with COVID-19 medical coverage for at least SGD 30,000/person (available in Bintan Resorts Ferries website).
7. Mandatory to book On Arrival RT-PCR Test (SGD 30.00/pax) when purchase the ferry ticket (www.brf.com.sg)
8. Download “PeduliLindungi” Apps, fill up, and submit the E-Hac. Click here for the Guideline of “PeduliLindungi” application.
9. Travelers are allowed to stay within the Travel Bubble area for up to 14 days.

A. Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) – Departure to Bintan Resorts
 
When checking in at the Bintan Resorts Ferries Counter at TMFT, travelers must present to the staff all the documents listed below:

1. Valid pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test showing a negative test result (not longer than 72 hours before departure).
2.  Provide valid proof of full vaccination.
3. Valid Entry Visa (for visa-requiring visitors).
4.  Insurance Coverage minimum SGD 30,000/person inclusive of COVID-19 Medical Treatment (available in Bintan Resorts Ferries website).
5.  A copy of Hotel Booking Confirmation.
6.  Install “PeduliLindungi” Application for all visitors (Google Play in Android or Play Store in IOS).
7. a) A refundable deposit of SGD 20.00 (Singapore Dollars) will be collected for the BluePass device when booking a ferry ticket with Bintan Resort Ferries. b) This deposit will be refunded when this device is returned prior to departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts.

B. Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT-FT) – Arrival in Bintan Resorts

1.  Scan the QR Code of PeduliLindungi Contact Tracing Apps upon arrival at BBT FT.
2. Take the COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival (Test result within 1.5 hours).
3. Collect the BluePass Token.
4. Go through the Immigration Clearance.
5. Proceed to the designated holding area in the hotel by the dedicated transportation and isolate while waiting for the COVID-19 RT-PCR test result.

C. Resorts/Hotel

1. Check-in Process.
2. All travellers must self-isolate at their declared hotel room accommodation until they receive a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result (likely within 1.5 hours). a) If the result is negative, then the travellers may commence and enjoy their holiday within the Bubble area. b) If found positive and asymptomatic, travellers will be taken to Bintan Service Apartment to self-isolate. However, if they are found to be c) symptomatic, the medical officer will give instructions for isolation at the designated hospital or return to Singapore by Medical Evacuation Facilities provided (this service is chargeable).
3. All international travellers may enjoy their holiday in accordance with their trip itinerary set and are only allowed to interact with tourists or parties within the designated bubble.
4. Ensure the “PeduliLindungi” app is active and to be used for all activities within Bintan Resorts.

RETURNING TO SINGAPORE
 
A. Resorts

1. A pre-departure test, which must be a a) Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test or professionally administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART), within two days (48 hours) before departing for Singapore and obtain a negative test result. b) Children aged two years and below in the calendar year are not required to undergo these tests.
2. a) If the result is found positive and asymptomatic, travelers will be taken to Bintan Service Apartment to self-isolate. However, b) if they are found to be symptomatic, the medical officer will give instructions for isolation at the designated hospital or return to Singapore by Medical Evacuation Facilities provided (this service is chargeable). 
3. Check-out from the hotel.

B. Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT-FT) – Departure to Singapore

1. Proceed for Immigration clearance.
2. Return the BluePass Token to get the deposit back (SGD 20.00 – Twenty Dollars) – No deposit will be returned if the BluePass is lost or damaged.
3. Ferry Embarkation.
4. Ferry trip back to Singapore.

C. Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (Arrival in Singapore) – Vaccinated Travel Lane by Sea effective from 25 February 2022

1. An on-arrival a) supervised ART test at Quick Test Centres or Combined Test Centres within 24 hours of arrival and remain self-isolated until their test result is confirmed to be negative. b) Children aged two years and below in the calendar year are not required to undergo these tests.

PROCEDURES TO ENTRY BINTAN RESORTS THROUGH BBT DOMESTIC FERRY TERMINAL AND POST 1 SIMPANG LAGOI
 
A. Stay In Guests

1. All travellers must be fully vaccinated and have a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate at least 14 days before the departure date.
2. Must have Negative RT-PCR (valid 3 x 24 hours) for entry into the Travel Bubble.
3. Collect BluePass token and pay a deposit of IDR 200.000/device in COVID-19 Testing Center in Sri Tri Buana Terminal Building at Simpang Lagoi or BBT Domestic Ferry Terminal.
4. Must wear BluePass at all times within the Travel Bubble and are only allowed to interact with tourists or parties within the designated bubble.
5. The BluePass token deposit of IDR 200.000 will be refunded when the device is returned on departure at Domestic Ferry Terminal or COVID-19 Testing Center in Sri Tri Buana Terminal Building.

B. Day Tripper Guests:

1. All travellers must be fully vaccinated and have a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate at least 14 days before the departure date.
2. Must have ART (valid 1 x 24 hours) for entry into the Travel Bubble.
3. Collect Wristband in Post 1 Simpang Lagoi and must wear it all the time.
4. Places allowed to visit are a). Treasure Bay Bintan, b). Lagoi Bay, c). Pujasera, d). Mangrove Discovery Tour, e). Safari Lagoi, f). All Golf Courses.

1). What is a Travel Bubble?
 
A travel bubble is an agreement between two or more countries to open up their borders for travel without strict quarantine. Travel bubble area is the designated exclusive area for holiday destinations within the gated community / Enclave Area. Only fully vaccinated travelers who have been tested with negative COVID-19 can stay within the bubble. All travelers are free to go to any places within this bubble area.
 
2). Where is the Travel Bubble area?

3). When did the Travel Bubble start?
 
The Indonesian Government officially announced the Batam – Bintan Travel Bubble to commence from Singapore effective 24 January 2022. For more info Click Here. However, Bintan Resorts Travel Bubble will commence from 25th February 2022.
 
4). Who is eligible for this Travel Bubble?

1. Singapore and Indonesia citizens who have at least stayed in Singapore for a minimum 14 days -Visa Free.

8). How to get the Bluepass Token?

1. Pay SGD 20.00 as a deposit when booking the ferry ticket at BRF Website (www.brf.com.sg).
2. Collect the BluePass token upon arrival at BBT Ferry Terminal and sign the indemnity form.
3. Wear the Bluepass all time while in the Bubble area.
4. Return the BluePass token and collect back the deposit before ferry embarkation to Singapore (No deposit return if the BluePass is lost or damaged).

9). Is it possible for Domestic travelers from other Indonesia Regions to enter the International Travel Bubble area?
 
In order to enter the Travel Bubble area, domestic travelers must be fully vaccinated, negative on RT-PCR (3 x 24 hours) for staying guests, and negative on ART (1 x 24 hours) for day trippers.
 
10). Can travelers go outside the designated Travel Bubble area or invite visitors outside the travel bubble to enter the hotel?
 
All travelers are not allowed to leave the Bintan Resorts Travel Bubble properties. All guests also are not allowed to invite other guests outside of the Travel Bubble, including locals.

A Blue Pass is a contact tracing device that exchanges information via Bluetooth with other Blue Pass devices in Bintan Resorts. Every visitor 12 and older is required to have a Blue Pass Token when visiting Bintan Resorts.

Individuals 12 years of age and over are required to possess a Blue Pass Token when staying in Bintan Resorts.

When you reserve your ferry, a deposit of S$20.00 will be charged for the Blue Pass, which is refundable upon return of the Blue Pass to Bintan Resorts. The Blue Pass will be provided when you arrive at Bandar Bintan Telani (BBT) Ferry Terminal.

Singapore will be launching the first Vaccinated Travel Lane arrangement via sea (VTL (Sea)) from Batam and Bintan in Indonesia, as part of its efforts to gradually restore transport connectivity.

Currently, Indonesia allows travellers from Singapore to travel under its travel bubble to Nongsapura International Ferry Terminal (NIFT) in Batam and Bandar Bintan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBTFT) in Bintan, without the need for quarantine.

Singapore will now offer VTL (Sea) from Batam and Bintan to facilitate bi-directional quarantine-free travel.

Fully vaccinated travellers from Batam and Bintan may enter Singapore under the VTL (Sea) from 25 February 2022, and applications for the Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP (Sea)) will open on 22 February 2022, 1000 hours (Singapore time).
