All travellers are required to submit their Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) before arriving in Malaysia, except :
- Citizen of Singaporean
- Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
- Malaysia Permanent Resident
- Malaysia Automated Clearance System (MACS) Holder
Step 1: Fill up and submit Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within 2 days prior to arrival in Malaysia Here
Step 2: Upon Arrival At Immigration Counter to verify at manual counter (Skip this if E-gate not available, proceed to customs clearance process)
Step 3: Enrolled Visitor are now eligible to use malaysia E-gate
